The All Stars program is tailored for 12-14 year olds that are developing into strong adolescents that need a more robust level of training. Mentoring by our role models is focused on development of leadership, control of their skills, awareness of themselves and the people around them. All Stars is a bridge to achieving a Junior Black Belt and/or a transitioning into our adults program.

Your child will learn a variety of self-defence techniques from kicking and punching to throwing and ground wrestling. All Stars ensures they are continually challenged and learning in a safe, fun and robust platform that is suitable for their age and level.
