Northstar Fighting Spirit Competition.

Northstars yearly sparring competition is on Friday 16th March. All students, male and female are welcome to join.

Come try our new Adult Green Belt + / Ground Defence Class on Tuesdays from 8pm until 8:30pm.

This is an add-on to the 7pm Shinbudo Adults class and you must be at class to join in the Adult Green Belt + / Ground Defence class.
